Refunds policy

At AspirantJet, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need a refund. Below is our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy for different types of courses and sessions.

1. Refund Policy for Complete Courses (Pre-Recorded / Online Programs)

If you have purchased a complete course (pre-recorded or online training programs), you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

✅ The request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
✅ The refund request should be submitted via email at abhay@aspirantjet.in with the purchase details.
✅ Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Conditions:
❌ Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be entertained.
❌ If the user has completed more than 30% of the course content, a refund will not be issued.
❌ Refunds will not be provided for discounted or promotional courses unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Policy for 1-on-1 Live (online) Coaching Sessions

For personalized 1-on-1 live coaching sessions, the refund policy is as follows:

✅ You can request a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
✅ The refund amount will be credited after deducting platform and payment gateway charges.
✅ The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.

🚫 Non-Refundable Conditions:
❌ If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the session, no refund will be provided.
❌ If the session is missed or not attended, no refund will be issued.

3. General Terms for Refund & Cancellations

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Payment gateway and platform charges are non-refundable in all cases.

• Refund requests must be sent via email to abhay@aspirantjet.in, including order details and the reason for the refund.

• Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
